The lyrics are heartfelt, insightful and spot-on. While the theme is a common one, you managed to say things in a fresh way that is sincere without being syrupy. The song goes right where you want it to go; the hook is solid; all of the song parts have their own distinct melodies, each of which is simple, memorable and fitting for the lyrics (good prosody). The singer’s sweet tenor was the perfect choice. This could easily land a sync license in a faith-based film; it is possibly an artist cut.

No matter how difficult your next battle may be, I'll Carry You reminds that there is always someone there for you. The lyrics are upheld by beautiful melodies and given an exquisite vocal delivery. The singer maintains a sweet and colorful sound with fine vibrato and a calm confidence. She has the perfect voice for the lyrics, and does not disappoint.
